The apartment is situated on the first floor of the family house and it has a view towards the sea.
The surface area is 75 m 2.There are two bedrooms,a kitchen with dining room,a living room,balcony and bathroom. The kitchen and dining room have sea view, and the living room leads to a vast balcony. All the rooms have air-conditioning.The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary devices including a dishwasher,cookware and flatware.

The apartment has digital satellite TV,bathroom with washing machine. The use of an iron and hair drier is also available.

There is a parking place for the guest.The beach is at 200 meters.
