We are situated on the distinguished western part of Zadar, known by the name of Borik, right next to the hotel complex and marina Borik. In this family home and its surroundings you will find the peace and comfort needed for your vacation.

Vitrenjak (gravel) and Borik beaches are only at a distance of 200 meters from the apartment. Borik is lovely sandy beach surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation and numerous facilities or water activities.

Thanks to its many sports grounds, Borik offers sport and recreation of the highest quality. A very well supplied grocery store,gas station and bank machine can be found very near the apartment. There are many restaurants and coffee shops in the surrounding area.
